Lecturing Digital Media, part-time to BA & MA students at Bath Spa University, requires both a broad technical grasp and the ability to communicate with authority to a lay audience.
I teach across a variety of arts disciplines; both the technical skills and creative and appropriate use. I design coursework, visual aids and printed guides. I present to classes of up to 30 students, to whom these technologies do not always come naturally. Inspiring and enthusing the students within the first couple of sessions is rewarding! I give one to one tutorials, mark work and give practical feedback.
One of my Illustrated tutorials was published in Bethan Morris’ “Fashion Illustrator”, 2006.
